Payment
Paypal is accepted for all goods purchased at the Chickade & Me Etsy Store. Payment should be completed within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers with purchases unpaid for over 24 hours will be left a negative Etsy feedback, and the item will be relisted. Please contact me before purchase if you are concerned about making a timely payment.
Shipping
I know receiving your package quickly is important, so I make it my goal to ship within 48 hours of purchase or sooner. Your package may even be shipped the same day if purchased before the mail carrier arrives. If for any reason shipping will be delayed, there will be a notice on the home page. Shipments outside the USA are the exception and ship on Wednesday and Saturday. All packages are shipped through USPS First Class Mail with complimentary delivery confirmation. If you require a quicker shipping option, please contact me for more details.
Returns
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. In most circumstances, the purchase price will be refunded as soon as I receive the item in original, unused condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Custom Orders
How do I make a custom order from Chickadee & Me?
I would love to work with you on making your ideal pair of woolies! Typically the cost of a custom pair of woolies is Base Price + $5, plus cost of shipping. I will also waive the $5 custom fee if you provide your own sweater. All custom orders must be prepaid before work is begun.
Soakers, Shorties & Longies: $20 + $5 = $25
Footies: $30 + $5 = $35
Provide Your Own Sweater: -$5

When you are sure you would like a custom order, purchase a Custom Slot for the type of woolies you are interested in (soaker, shorties, longies, or footies). If there is not a slot available, please contact me with what you have in mind and I will create one for you to purchase.
Once the custom slot is purchased, I will contact you with a detailed list of design, color and sizing questions. We will go over that until you are satisfied. Please keep in mind that because I work with recycled wool and despite having a large inventory, I may not always have every color available at all times. Please plan on being a little flexible with your wool choices. If you have an exact design in mind, it is a good idea to contact me with your ideas before purchasing a slot to make sure I have the right supplies available.
All the details having been set, I will create your custom woolies! Typically, they will be finished and shipped out within 1-2 weeks of finalizing the design.
